NBC College Week is coming to Barry University!
Date: Monday, Oct. 16
Time: 3:30–6:30 p.m.
Location: Landon in front of Bucky’s Cove
On Monday, Oct. 16, NBC 6 Miami will once again be on campus to broadcast their evening news live from Barry University. This will be for the station’s 4 p.m., 5 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and possibly 6 p.m. newscasts. Barry students and staff are invited and encouraged to attend the festivities and be on TV! Please arrive at least 30 minutes early so that we can have everyone in place by the time our live segments begin.
The event will include the following:
- First 150 students will receive a FREE t-shirt and FREE appetizers, including fried Oreos and Twinkies
- Wear your Barry University gear and receive 10 percent off at Bucky’s Cove from 4–6 p.m.
- Happy Hour in Bucky’s Cove will extend until 6 p.m., and fresh sangria will be available
- Games & Giveaways from 4:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m.
