MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- Barry University's volleyball team moved up a spot in the NCAA Division II South Region poll released Wednesday.

The Bucaneers, who have won four consecutive matches, jumped one spot over Florida Tech, whom the Bucs rallied to beat in five sets on the road Saturday following a four-set win at No. 7 Rollins on Friday.

The top eight teams in each NCAA Division II region across the country qualify for the national tournament.

Barry (15-11 overall, 9-8 South Region) will host No. 4 Palm Beach Atlantic (32-3, 22-1) in a non-conference match 7 p.m. Friday. Earlier this season, the Buccaneers lost to the Sailfish in five sets at PBA in West Palm Beach.

The Bucs will play three of their final four regular season matches at home, including a pair of Sunshine State Conference matches against the South Region's top two ranked teams, Tampa and Eckerd, next Friday and Saturday.
