Ashly Breuil, a student in the Barry University Master of Science Program in Anesthesiology along with Kristi Savage, a student in the Florida International University College of Nursing and Health Sciences Anesthesiology Nursing Program, will each receive a $10,000 scholarship from Sheridan Healthcare, Inc.
The hospital-based, multispecialty practice management company based in Sunrise and the leading anesthesia services provider in the country will also offer a job as a certified registered nurse anesthetist at Sheridan’s affiliated hospitals upon Breuil’s and Savage’s graduations for being chosen as the winners of the Sheridan Regional Allied Health Scholarships for student registered nurse anesthetists.
“The scholarship will jump start my career within an organization that is one of the most well-known among anesthesia providers,” said Breuil, a Weston resident.
Savage, a Hollywood resident, plans to pursue a doctorate degree after her stint with the company.
