WINTER PARK, Fla. -- Barry University sophomore women's tennis player Isabela Miro's run came to an end.
Miro fell to Central Florida's Josephine Haraldson, 6-4, 6-3, in the semifinals Sunday at the Varner Memorial Invitational hosted by Rollins College.
Miro went 3-1 in the Flight B singles.
Bucs junior Akemi Maehama was 1-1 in the same flight, but was eliminated on Saturday.
Miro and Maehama lost their only doubles match Saturday after winning their first-round match Friday before rain halted the tournament.
