The Department of Campus Recreation and Wellness is pleased to announce the inaugural women’s intramural basketball league.
This year's league will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from Tuesday, March 12, 2013 – Thursday, April 25, 2013 (including playoffs). Interested participants are encouraged to drop by the Recreation Office at Landon Room 112 for roster, rules, or registration information.
? Games will be held from 6 11 p.m., three days a week
? Only one former varsity athlete with prior collegiate or professional experience allowed per team with at least one year removed from her playing experience
? Max roster of ten (10) players
? Certified officials at every game
? Intramural team shirts for sale (optional). $75.00 for 10 numbered shirts (supply is limited)
? Only students with a current Barry ID card, or faculty, staff, and alumni members with valid ID cards, are eligible to participate. NO EXECPTIONS
There will be a mandatory captain's meeting on Thursday, February 28 at 5 p.m. in the SES classroom #1 (next to the gym). This meeting is mandatory for team-captains and open to other members of the team. Individuals without a team must also attend. We will do our best to place you on a team.
