The Department of Campus Ministry and the Center for Counseling and Psychological Services invite Barry students to workshop series titled Mindfulness and Meditation.

Dates: Four weekly sessions beginning March 11
Times: 5 – 6:15 p.m. 
Location: Library 310

Do you sometimes feel life is out of control? Are you constantly stressed? Would you like to experience life more fully? Then, consider joining Mindfulness and Meditation.

This workshop series offers skills in Mindfulness and Meditation, which can lead to increased balance, calm, and connection to your most authentic self. Beyond simply decreasing your stress, this course offers an approach for finding satisfaction in your daily life. The workshop series, consisting of four (4) weekly sessions, is designed to help you learn mindfulness through the practice of specific skills that calm and focus your mind; through the practice of meditation.

If you are feeling pressured and stressed, or just interested in learning a new skill that can enrich your life, these sessions are for you!
