What Phrase defines our student newspaper? "Award-Winning"

Barry University's student newspaper, Buccaneer, and its predecessors serve as an important source for documenting campus life and student activity through its pictures, articles, editorials, and reports. Throughout the years, it has received numerous awards. Today, we are proud to announce a slew of recognitions by the Catholic Press Association’s CPA Journalism Awards. The CPA awards celebrate the outstanding work of student journalists as they strive to further the mission of the Church.
