Rome Study Abroad - Summer 2016

Barry University in partnership with the John Cabot University (JCU) in Rome, Italy is offering a study abroad experience worth six credits as part of the John Cabot's International Communication Institute. Students will enroll in a three (3) credit course for Barry University and three (3) credits of a JCU course of their choosing.

Student deposit to hold the spot is $1,300 (refundable)

Deadline: March 1, 2016

The Barry course is a service project where students will produce a short educational documentary for a community partner in Rome. The goal will be to air it on local television, as well as in Miami upon the student’s return.

The cost is $6,400 which includes six (6) credits of tuition (including 50% discount from Barry University's tuition), room and board, a meal plan at JCU, transportation to and from Rome airport, four (4) class trips to the Vatican Museum, Ostia Beach, Frascati wine tour, and tour of Ancient Rome. Students also participate in any JCU events as part of the International Communication Institute. In addition to this, student’s cost include flight and travel insurance needs.
