ADSOE now offers a Montessori Secondary I-II Certificate Program starting in July

Adult Learners will have an opportunity to:

  • Learn how to best meet the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of  adolescent students
  • Learn about Montessori philosophy with a focus on adolescents
  • Examine new data and research on adolescent brain development
  • Design Montessori learning environments appropriate for adolescents
  • Observe and apply Classroom Management and Behavior Modification Strategies
  • Develop an  interdisciplinary Montessori curriculum for multi-age learning environments
  • Learn how to strengthen parent and community relationships
