About the Lecture

Join Dr. Pedro Blas Gonzalez to explore Spanish philosopher Miguel de Unamuno’s essay “The Tragic Sense of Life,” a philosophical reflection of man’s existential nature. According to Unamuno, man’s intuition of vital existence, our quest for autognosis, is also a longing for immortality that cannot be quenched solely through rational means.
