Paula Alexander-Delpech, BSN, MSN, PhD
Dr. Paula Alexander-Delpech received a BSN and MSN from Florida International University, and a PhD in nursing science from Barry University. She is an assistant professor in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences and teaches in the undergraduate program. Dr. Delpech is currently a service-learning fellow at Barry University. Her area of research focuses on health disparity, community-based research, service-learning and the development of a culturally appropriate training guide for community health workers in the Caribbean. Dr. Delpech is also interested in teaching strategies for undergraduate nursing students. She currently serves as a founding member of the American Heart Association Multicultural Leadership Committee.
