Barry faculty and students presented at the Florida Reading Conference in Tampa that was held from November 4-6, 2017.
Our presentation entitled; Author Study With a Difference: Unpacking the ELA Standards With Ease, was an interactive, hands-on workshop that allowed the participants to engage in practical demonstrations on how to choose the relevant ELA standards and align them with specially selected activities when discussing literature using author study techniques.
