Barry Law Dean Diaz on Cover of Diverse Issues in Higher Education Magazine

Barry University School of Law Dean Leticia Diaz is featured on the cover of the July issue of Diverse Issues in Higher Education and in an article on diversity initiatives at the law school.

The magazine spotlights law school deans from across the nation on their intentions about training the next generation of lawyers. Dean Diaz’ focus on diversifying the law school has not gone unnoticed; the law school has received a litany of acknowledgments for diversity in the past year.

PreLaw magazine gave Barry Law an “A+” diversity rating in the Winter 2017 issue and has labeled the school as one of the best law school’s for diversity in their most recent diversity issue. They also labeled the law school as 11th best in the nation for African American students and 12th best in the nation for Hispanic students in the Winter 2018 issue.
