About the program

Medical Biotechnology

This innovative interdisciplinary degree program is a perfect fit for students who see themselves working in a collaborative environment within a booming industry sector. Our students may take classes in business principles, entrepreneurship, marketing, communication, leadership, biochemistry, immunology and biotechnology alongside our MBA and/or doctoral students. Our Medical Biotechnology students will benefit from the fusion of science and business, since the program has more science than an MBA and more business than a Ph.D.

The internship component allows our students the opportunity to play an active role in a focused research project under the supervision of an industrial mentor. Students will apply the cutting edge principles learned in the classroom to problem solving in medical biotechnology. The program is flexible and can be tailored to the individual needs of the student. Our students may complete the program in 18 months of full time study or, in part time mode, working professionals may be able to complete the program in 3 - 4 years depending on course load selection.
