Barry University’s campus traditions highlight social and academic mission-centered programs across the university for fall and spring semesters. We hope you will join us in taking advantage of these experiences and opportunities.

Barry has put in place "layers of protection" to guard against the spread of COVID-19 within our university community. Our institutional traditions, highlighted below, will incorporate physical distancing and remote participation in order to ensure a robust student life experience, both in-person and virtually.

Baccalaureate Mass and Rose and Candle Ceremony are our graduation traditions for celebrating seniors as they embark on their new journey as Barry alumni. This ceremony completes the college experience students began at New Student Investiture.

MLK Jr. Day of Service

Barry's MLK Day of Service addresses current social issues affecting Miami's communities of color, including youth development, public health, and environmental justice.
