We are proud to feature a variety of options designed to meet a variety of palates. Roussell Dining Hall (Landon Student Union) features a wide variety of menu options for every craving in our all-you-care-to-eat dining facility. Students, Faculty, Staff, and Visitors are welcome to the dining hall under the new direction of Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services. The menu at Roussell features, house-made pizza, a salad bar, fresh-baked pastries, a made-to-order deli station, vegetarian options and healthy selections, grill, beverages, coffee, breakfast corner, and more. The menu changes consistently and theme meals are offered throughout the year to bring excitement and fun in the dining hall.
And if that is not enough, your favorite Roussell Dining Hall features freshly-made gourmet salads, hot food entrees, sandwiches, fruit cups and bottled beverages at Roussell Grab-n-Go (Landon Student Union). If you need a meal on the fly, The Grab-n-Go Section at Roussell is your choice stop!

If you plan on visiting Roussell Dining Hall, keep in mind the Buc Stop and Bucky’s Cove are temporarily under construction and that peak hours occur between 12 – 1 p.m. Remember to plan accordingly for the amount of time it may take to enjoy your meal.

Chop'd Wrap'd n Roll’d [Dominican Hall]
Your wish is our command as your meal is created right in front your eyes. With sandwiches, wraps, salads, and Sushi, this location is made simple with ingredients that are fresh, delicious and of course healthy. The possibilities are endless with over 29 ingredients to choose from. You will never have to order the same thing twice!
Juiceblendz [Dominican Hall]
Take four parts customer service, three parts nutrition, two parts taste, and a dash of moxie then blend till smooth. Juiceblendz is a uniquely fresh concept redefining the smoothie and nutrition industry. With the growing demand for fresh, nutritious ingredients and delicious blendz, Juicblendz aims to satisfy your healthy lifestyle. Each “blendz” is formulated to feed the mind, body and tastebudz. They only use the freshest ingredients with no smoothie mixes or sugary purees.
While we finish construction of the Buc Stop (Thompson Hall) and Bucky’s Cove (Landon Student Union) the following additional dining options will be available:
- A “Half Moon Empanadas” kiosk will be set up inside the Thompson Hall Atrium. Card swipe/meal plan exchange will be available to those with a meal plan.
- Food trucks will be at two locations on campus: two in front of the library and two in the north courtyard of Landon. Chairs and tables will be available at both locations.
We highly encourage faculty, staff, and students to utilize the food trucks and enjoy a fun and festive atmosphere.

Chick-N-Grill [Buc Stop Café at Thompson Hall] - Opening October 2014
Billed as the “tasty way to stay healthy” Chick-n-Grill utilizes an open kitchen format and design that is meant to highlight the freshness of the products. These include marinated chicken and steak cooked over a hot, flaming grill along with freshly prepared salads, rice and bean bowls, Latin-Style wraps and more. This Latin/Caribbean style menu is sure to appeal your appetite.
Subway: [Buc Stop Café at Thompson Hall] - Opening October 2014
Subway has earned a reputation for offering a healthier alternative to traditional greasy and fatty fast food. Subway offers fresh, nutritious, and of course made-to-order sandwiches. Subway will be open fall 2014 for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Outtakes: [Buc Stop Cafe at Thompson Hall] - Opening October 2014
With convenience on the mind, our Outtakes brand is a “Grab-n-Go” concept. This location will feature freshly made sushi, gourmet salads, sandwiches, fruit cups and bottled beverages. If you need a meal on the fly, Outtakes is your stop!

Need a wakeup call? Come to We Proudly Brew, featuring popular Starbucks’ products. This location will feature breakfast pastries and deserts to complement any beverage selection.

Barry’s very own sports bar and grill is full of exciting entertainment like karaoke night, talent night, trivia night as well as two full size billiard tables, ping pong and board games! Try our gourmet burgers, appetizers, pizza, fries along with our wide selection of beer and wine. Bucky’s Cove will also feature a breakfast option with coffee and espresso options. This location is the perfect place to go before and after a big game!
