Barry Law LSAT Boot Camp

Barry University School of Law is offering Barry Boot Camp, a series of FREE intensive LSAT supplemental preparation workshops designed to assist you in preparing for the LSAT exam. Barry Boot Camp is for individuals seeking admission to law school this upcoming Fall 2018.

The workshops will be held at the law school in *Orlando, FL, over the course of several weekends (see important dates below) leading up to the February LSAT administration.

Requirements To Participate In Barry Boot Camp:

  1. Have an application for admission to Barry Law for Fall 2018 (August) on file prior to attending the Boot Camp. Please contact ldellacona@barry.edu for more information.
  2. Submit a one-page essay expressing interest in Barry Boot Camp. Answer the following questions in your essay:
    • Have you previously taken the LSAT? Yes or No
      • If yes, please indicate the highest score.
    • How many hours a week are you dedicating to studying?
    • How long have you been studying for the LSAT?
    • What are you doing to prepare for the LSAT outside of attending this Boot Camp?
    • Are you taking or are you planning to take any other 3rd party test prep programs?
    • Have you purchased supplemental study materials, and if so, which ones?
    • Can you commit to attending all of the scheduled Boot Camp dates?
    • What do you hope to gain out of participating in this Boot Camp?
    • If admitted to Barry, do you plan on attending?

Directions To Apply:

  1. Fill out the interest form through this link: Boot Camp Interest Form
  2. Submit your application for admission to Barry Law through the Law School Admissions Council (LSAC) at www.lsac.org. There is no application fee.
  3. Email your required essay to ldellacona@barry.edu with "Barry Boot Camp" in the subject line. Please make sure to include your full name, preferred email address and phone number.
  4. All documents must be received by 5:00 p.m. on December 27, 2017.
  5. Upon receipt of your essay and application, a diagnostic exam will be emailed to you with a deadline date and time for submission.
  6. Your application will be considered complete once we receive:
    • Barry Law School Application
    • Essay
    • Completed Diagnostic Exam

Important Dates:

  • Deadline to apply: December 27, 2017
  • Boot Camp Workshop Dates and Times:  Boot camp will be held at the Barry University School of Law in Orlando, FL on 01/06, 01/13, 01/20, 01/27, 02/03 (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
  • LSAT Exam: February 10
