Naomi is a Regional Talent Acquisitions Manager for Ft. Lauderdale, FL with Enterprise Holdings. Naomi started her career in Enterprise’s nationally recognized Management Training Program after graduating from the University of Central Florida in the Fall of 2009. Over the next several years, she worked her way up through Rental Management in Orlando, FL and in 2016 Naomi earned the opportunity to join the HR team as a Talent Acquisitions Specialist. Due to top performance in the areas of college recruiting and management retention she earned a promotion to Regional Talent Acquisitions Manger in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in November 2019. She’s was also recently voted in as an employer board member for the Florida Association of College’s & Employers (FLACE). Naomi is responsible for acquiring top talent in Florida and guiding them through the interview and onboarding process. Naomi also works to create diversity and inclusion initiatives and events within her organization and works with business partners to enhance the onboarding and training process for the MT program.
