These added values are supported by over 20 years of related experiences in the private and public sectors. This includes engineering consulting; municipal water; wastewater; reclaimed water and storm water system operations; maintenance; planning; and management. He is a licensed Florida Class B Wastewater Operator, a Registered Professional Engineer and a Board-Certified Water Resources Engineer. His academic background includes Bachelors’ degrees in Chemistry and Civil Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
