Dr. Robert Snyder, DPM, MSC, CWS, professor and director of clinical research at Barry University’s School of Podiatric Medicine, was an invited speaker at the World Union of Wound Healing Societies in Florence, Italy.
Snyder is a world-renown expert on would healing and is in high demand as an expert speaker. Over the past decade he has been a regular presenter for the European Wound Management Association and at the Symposium on Advanced Wound Care.
“It was an honor to be an invited speaker at one of the most important symposiums of the decade, said Snyder. “The collaboration between world leaders in the wound care field will have a positive impact on patients as well as the profession.”
The symposium, which occurs once every four years, brings together specialists from around the globe to present current research and information that could have an impact on patients around the world. Snyder, a past president of the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care, discussed “Economics of Advanced Therapies” and “Game Changers in Wound Care.”
