Barry University is proud to share that Dr. Robert Snyder, an established authority in the field of podiatric medicine, will lead our School of Podiatric Medicine as Dean.
Having served as Interim Dean since the beginning of the year, Dr. Snyder is well prepared for this new role. He is a renowned expert in clinical research wound management and limb preservation and a longtime professor and Director of Clinical Research at Barry.
“I am committed to continuing Barry’s tradition of excellence in training skilled and compassionate physicians and conducting groundbreaking research,” says Dr. Snyder, who is honored to take on this role permanently.
On Dr. Snyder, Barry’s Provost, Dr. John Murray says, “His strong track record in teaching, research and clinical practice has served the School of Podiatric medicine well since his appointment as Interim Dean and I look forward to all the future holds.”
