Spring 2020 ISR/Wellness Schedule

Instructional activities in Sport & Recreation (“ISR”) are sport, fitness, and wellness classes that undergraduate students may take, for either 1 or 2 credits.

Faculty, staff, and graduate students may drop into any ISR class for free, except sport-specific classes. Must visit the CRW office (Landon 112) prior to first drop-in to complete paperwork.
