Clinical Supervision and Field Educator Training
The Clinical Supervision and Field Educator Training is a two-day workshop that prepares Field Educators to supervise Barry University School of Social Work student interns. The content includes the necessary procedures and guidelines for supervising Barry University School of Social Work student interns. Additionally, the training meets the educational requirement that allows licensed Social Work practitioners (LCSWs) to become state sanctioned “Qualified” Supervisors for Registered Social Work interns in Florida.
This two-day training offers 12 free CEU’s to current Barry University Field Educators. The training also offers contact hours for clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and mental health counselors as well as general credit hours towards licensure maintenance.
