HPLS presents the Sport and Exercise Sciences Research Colloquium

The School of Human Performance and Leisure Sciences invites the Barry community to the Sport and Exercise Sciences (SES) Research Colloquium.

Location: Landon Events Room

The School of Human Performance and Leisure Sciences, Sport and Exercise Sciences (SES) Research Colloquium recognizes the scholarly achievements of students and acknowledges the faculty members who have contributed to the development of student research.

The colloquium will feature poster presentations prepared by students in SES 616, Research Methods, in addition to a special presentation by Fulbright Core Scholar Award recipient, Nauris Tamulevicius, PhD, associate professor of exercise psychology.

The Research Colloquium is open to all Barry University students, faculty, and staff. Refreshments will be available throughout the evening.

The evening’s schedule includes:

  • 6:00-6:30 pm: Commencement and introductions for Dr. Tamulevicius-Associate Professor of Exercise Physiology at Barry University
  • 6:30-8:00 pm: Thesis Student Oral Presentations
  • 8:00-8:45 pm: Poster Presentations
  • 8:45 pm: Presentation Awards
