Stress Reduction & Relaxation Workshop – encore presentation

Are you feeling stressed out?

The Wellness Initiative Network (WIN) is offering a stress reduction workshop to Barry faculty, staff, and students who may be feeling a bit overwhelmed by daily pressures, or who are just interested in exploring alternative approaches for coping with stress.

Date: Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012
Time: 1 – 2 p.m.
Location: Powers 236

You will learn concrete strategies for coping with stress, including focused breathing, guided visualization techniques, and progressive muscle relaxation. These techniques can easily be incorporated into your daily routine. No prior experience is necessary. Please arrive on time so that no one is disturbed during the guided meditation.
