Date: Wednesday, March 1, 2017
Time: 12:00 – 12:50 pm
Location: Library 308

Since January 2009, Bitcoin has grown from an experiment into a global financial system that looks poised to become this generation’s “next big thing.” No longer a plaything for techies, Bitcoin is generating interest among investors, entrepreneurs, and early mainstream users. This presentation will introduce those who are new to Bitcoin to its uses and its relevance to South Florida.
