On Tuesday, March 13, the new Chief of Police for the North Miami Police Department will be sworn in at 10 a.m. in Broad Auditorium.
As many as 500 attendees are expected to attend the ceremony and the reception, which will immediately follow in Andreas 111. As a result, there will be multiple police agencies attending the ceremony and they will be parking in and around the Barry campus (Mall area, Landon North & the Overflow lot). The event will end at noon.
To accommodate the number of vehicles that will be parking for this event, the Landon North parking lot will be closed until the event is over.
