Gonzalo Guillen is a professional Executive staffing consultant with many years of sales/ marketing, financial and staffing industry expertise. Gonzalo has worked for two major international & national firms ,with experience managing & creating new markets. Gonzalo’s tenure in staffing has included starting up and managing a multi-million dollar consulting division in Jacksonville & Miami,FL which specialized in the placement of finance and accounting & manufacturing professionals.
Prior to joining the staffing industry, Gonzalo worked as a Marketing professional for an international Flower manufacturing company & also in sales within the hospitality industry. Gonzalo has assisted many international & publicly traded companies with process & change management procedures and has guided them to transition to shared-service models.
Gonzalo graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Barry University in 2009.
