The power of our cloud
Everyone’s heard of “the cloud”, and there’s a major trend in today’s society of more and more content being available in it. Individuals now have an expectation that they can access information everywhere using everything from laptops to iPads. Moreover, students of today are nomadic learners, and want to use resources and applications from anywhere using their own devices. They no longer want to be confined to using course software only available in the University’s computer lab.
In recognition of this, Barry University offers cloud computing to its faculty, staff and students at http://apps.barry.edu!

Please note that graphic intensive applications such as Adobe Photoshop are not available as they are too data intensive and would provide a poor user experience. The applications displayed are dependent on your personal computing needs as a faculty/staff or student.
