Bio:

Professor Leacock taught at the University of the West Indies, Faculty of Law, Barbados (1972-75); University of Cincinnati, College of Law, Ohio (1975-79); and DePaul University, College of Law, Illinois (1979-1998). While at DePaul, Professor Leacock was a Visiting Professor at the University of Indiana School of Law, Bloomington (Spring 1992) and Visiting Adjunct Professor (Spring 1998) at the University of Illinois College of Law, Champaign-Urbana. Professor Leacock teaches Contracts, Business Organizations, and International Business Transactions. His article The Anatomy of Valuing Stock in Closely Held Corporations: Pursuing the Phantom of Objectivity into the New Millennium, was recently published in COLUMBIA BUSINESS LAW REVIEW Vol. 2001 No. 1 162 (2001) and his article in Vol. 5 MINNESOTA J. of GLOBAL TRADE (1996) was cited by the N.Y. Supreme Court, New York County in IBJ Schroder Bank & Trust Co. v Bank for Foreign Econ. Affairs of the USSR (1996).
