NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF INSTITUTIONAL AND FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION
Barry University School of Law must annually distribute to all enrolled and prospective students a notice of the availability of the information that is required to be made available to students under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and under the Higher Education Act (HEA) Sec. 485(a), Sec. 485(c), 485(f), Sec. 485(g), 485(h), and Sec. 485(j).

Financial Assistance Information (Including Cost of Attendance)
Barry University School of Law is an eligible post-secondary institution under the Higher Education Act of 1965. As such it participates in all of the Title IV Federal Student Aid Programs available to graduate students including the Federal Direct Loan Program (the Direct Student Loan and the Direct Graduate PLUS Loan).
