Professor O'Gorman practiced labor and employment law on behalf of management for over eleven years, and was a partner at the law firm of Ford & Harrison LLP, a national law firm specializing in labor and employment law. He has been included in The Best Lawyers in America, was recognized by Orlando magazine as one of "Orlando's Best Lawyers," and is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. His scholarship has been published, or is forthcoming, in the Temple Law Review, the Nebraska Law Review, the Penn State Law Review, and the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Labor and Employment Law. Professor O'Gorman has made over sixty presentations on labor and employment law topics, and is a Research Fellow at New York University School of Law's Center for Labor and Employment Law. He has been an adjunct professor at Barry University School of Law and Florida A&M University College of Law, and an Assistant Professor at the University of Central Florida.
