The nomination period is now open. Selected recipients will be honored on November 12, 2021 as part of Alumni Homecoming Weekend.

Nominee Information

Award Category

One award recipient will be selected for each of the four Barry University Core Commitments. Please indicate the category for which the nominee should be considered; check only one box. A nominee may be nominated in only one category.

Please include biographical information, professional and personal successes, honors, community service activities, and any other relevant information that demonstrates how the nominee utilizes the Learn, Reflect, and Serve model in his/her everyday life.

Please submit the nominee's resume or curriculum vitae below. If you wish, you may also submit additional supporting documentation that you would like the selection committee to consider.
