Why Become a Certified Coach?

Coaching is one of the top growing careers in the United States and the world. Leaders, managers, and organizational practitioners can incorporate coaching skills into their job or business and become influential drivers of productivity, innovation, resilience, and wellbeing in their teams and organizations. Our goal is to prepare leaders and organizational practitioners to meet the requirements of the ICF credentialing process. At the end of the program, participants should be prepared to apply for either ACC or PCC credential with the ICF. Participants will also receive a Professional Coaching Certificate from Barry University. Professional Coaching is a thriving and rewarding profession and having industry credentials matters. In fact, a recent survey of experts in the field has found that clients expect their coaches to be certified/credentialed. Reference: ICF Global Coaching Study (2020) administered by PWC. Over 42000 coaches and organizations completed the survey.
