  • Anatomical identification of noble structures in general and specifically in the first radius and triphalangeal fingers.
  • Anesthetic techniques according to pathology: first finger, triphalangeal fingers, metatarsal and posterior tibial area.

10:30 am – 11:00 am Break

11:00 am – 1:30 pm

  • Definitive resolution interdigital helomas (distal, proximal)
  • Definitive resolution heloma on the back of the fifth finger.
  • Surgery of the nail apparatus.
  • Definitive resolution of subungual exostoses.
  • Definitive resolution of chondroma and osteochondroma.
  • Definitive resolution IPK, PLANTAR WART. Technique on soft parts.
  • Techniques for metatarsals. Elevating osteotomies.

1:30 p.m. – 2:30 pm Lunch

2:30 p.m. – 7:00 pm

  • Definitive resolution of flexible triphalangeal finger deformities.
  • Tenotomies and capsulotomies.
  • Definitive resolution of rigid middle fingers deformities.
  • Synovitis treatment, Sd. Predislocation of the plantar plate of the second mtt-f joint.

9:00 a.m. 1:30 pm

  • Hallux valgas surgery. Various techniques, both MIS and open
  • Surgery for Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs, and Baxter’s Ramus Entrapment.
  • Corticosteroid and Hyaluronic Acid Infiltrations.
  • Physiological treatment using hyaluronic acid. Bandages.

1:30 pm – 2:30 pm Lunch

2:00 pm – 7:00 pm

  • Practice of different surgical techniques.
  • Closing Ceremony and distribution of Diplomas.
