CARE Center’s Family Wellness and Strengthening Program serves as an ecosystem of support for children and families in our community. Families, parents/caregivers, and children are afforded high-quality programs to equip them with vital tools and skills to increase their protective factors and strengthen the family environment, which in turn will support children’s development and parent/caregiver well-being. This is accomplished through the delivery of two family-parenting interventions tailored to support the child and parent: Strengthening Families 7-17 years program (SFP) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
