How do Jamaican students adjust to higher education in the United States? How does race and gender intersect in a novel from the Harlem Renaissance? How does cultural syncretism show up in a play about a family caregiving?
These were all questions students posed at the annual College of Arts and Sciences Research Open House.
The Department of English and Foreign Languages had a strong showing this year, filling four back-to-back slots on November 19.
