Program Overview Drive change with an EdD in Organizational Leadership
The EdD in Organizational Leadership is a practitioner-doctorate program that prepares future and present leaders to develop essential knowledge and skills in solving complex problems of practice to improve the performance of organizations in both educational and non-educational settings. This program is centered around the goal of improvement and growth, both on individual and organizational levels.
Based on the Carnegie Project on the Education Doctorate (CPED), the EdD prepares you to become a well-equipped scholarly practitioner who meets the organizational and educational challenges of the 21st century. You will be exposed to real-world problems of practice, integrate both your professional and research knowledge, use multiple frames to construct meaningful solutions, and develop and demonstrate collaboration and communication skills.
The Education Doctorate (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership offers specializations in Higher Education Administration, Human Resource Development (HRD), and Transformational School Leadership.
