Program Overview Organizational Leadership, EdD
The EdD in Organizational Leadership is a practitioner-doctorate program that prepares future and present leaders to develop essential knowledge and skills in solving complex problems of practice to improve the performance of organizations in both educational and non-educational settings. This program is centered around the goal of improvement and growth, both on individual and organizational levels.

You will be exposed to real-world problems of practice, integrate both your professional and research knowledge, use multiple frames to construct meaningful solutions, and develop and demonstrate collaboration and communication skills.
The Education Doctorate (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership offers specializations in Higher Education Administration and Human Resource Development (HRD).
