About the Program Social Work - MSW Traditional

The MSW Traditional 63 credits program is designed for motivated newcomers to the field of social work. This program offers the necessary skills to be effective in the field. Clinical in scope, our trauma-informed, resiliency framework curriculum also provides MSW graduates with a foundation in policy practice, administrative leadership, and applied social research. In addition, our exceptional faculty offer students opportunities for enhanced learning. Our Center for Human Rights and Social Justice also provides a framework for social change.

Designed For
This program is designed for someone without a CSWE-accredited BSW degree or from another undergraduate discipline. -
Start When its Right for You
You can start in January (spring), or August (fall). -
Two Tracks to Graduation
Part-time students take 3 classes a term with the exception of 1st semester and graduate in 28 months. Full-time students take 5 classes a semester -
Affordable Tuition
Online tuition reduced to $599 per credit making the program a $37,737 investment. Face-to-Face tuition reduced to $699 per credit making the program a $44,037 investment -
Modality
Take classes face-to-face in Miami for full-time and part-time tracks. Part-time students can also complete the program online. -
Clinical Hours
Students are required to complete 1000 hours of Clinical Education training over the duration of enrollment.
