Dr. Provitera consulted with Sage Publications to design a complete Ancillary package for Management Fundamentals Concepts, Applications, & Skill Development by Robert N. Lussier. His area of interest is Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management where he is the collections editor for Business Expert Press, New York, New York, 2021. Specializing in Management and Leadership, he volunteers as a teacher for K-12 students with Kids And The Power Of Work (KAWPOW) since 2006 to present. Dr. Provitera publishes in the area of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and is a standing member of the Justice Equity Diversity Inclusion Consortium – Barry University, Miami, Florida USA, 2021. As an Executive Leadership Trainer, Dr. Provitera trains executives during the Summer and approximately eight hours per week during the academic year. After being a FLEXPERT for several years at Barry University, he sits on the Joint Subcommittee of Distance Education since its inception. As Adrian Dominican Associate for The Adrian Dominican Sisters, Dr. Provitera publishes Leadership and Spirituality articles to spread the leadership of St. Dominic.

Biography

Dr. Michael J. Provitera is an associate professor of organizational behavior and executive leadership trainer. His focus is on improving organizational effectiveness and enhancing individual success. He has trained over 1000 executives. His executive leadership certification runs eighteen hours and covers six factors of leadership. A new specialized three-hour executive certification is now available. Clients of his have been Pfizer, Trane, Interval International, and the City of North Miami. Michael is sought by reporters for quotes in prominent media such as Forbes, US News & World Report, The Daily News, Fox Business, Higher Ed Jobs, Hr.Com, NBC News, and The Washington Times.
