Education (BS) Admissions Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Education

Barry University accepts applications on a rolling basis. However, it is in your best interest to apply as soon as possible.

Please note that general admission to Barry University does not guarantee acceptance into the School of Education. In order to be accepted into the School of Education, you must have a 2.5 GPA.

Master of Science in Education Option

In order to be accepted and seamlessly transition into the Master of Science in Education Option, you must achieve a minimum of a 3.0 GPA by the second semester of your junior year within the Bachelor of Science in Education program.

If you are not sure you want to pursue the master's option, don't worry, because you don't have to decide right now. We recommend scheduling an appointment to talk about your options that will help meet your professional goals.
