Group Tours

If you’d like to schedule a group tour of our beautiful campus and learn more about Barry University, please submit a Group Tour Request Form at least one week before your desired visit. We welcome groups of 10 or more people, with tours available on Wednesday and Thursday mornings.

Affordable at Barry Financial Aid

We know that your academic pursuits need to be affordable now and in the future. That’s why we offer the types of financial support that can make our unique private university education accessible for practically all who want to join us. In fact, more than 90% of our students receives some form of financial assistance. Our office manages approximately $150 million in student financial aid for eligible students, from a variety of sources.

We encourage you to meet with a Financial Aid counselor early on to maximize the aid you can receive. These can range from merit-based scholarships, that award up to $17,000 based upon your cumulative GPA.

And you don't even need a separate application to find out if you are eligible! Just submit your admissions application, and we will automatically determine your eligibility for and award your Barry merit-based scholarship upon acceptance. 

We also participate in the full array of federal and state financial aid programs. In order to determine your eligibility for these programs, you need submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Since funds may be limited, we encourage you to complete the FAFSA as soon as possible to ensure maximum financial aid eligibility.

How To Pay For College Net Price Calculator

Welcome! We’re glad you’re exploring how to plan and pay for your college education at Barry University. The Net Price Calculator helps you get a personalized estimate of your “net price” as an undergraduate student.
Net price is the difference between the full cost of attendance to Barry (including tuition and fees, books and supplies, room and meals, and other related expenses) minus any estimated grants and scholarships for which you may be eligible.

  • Merit-based Scholarships Scholarships

    When you apply to Barry University, you are automatically considered for one of these 5 scholarships based on academic merit – no special forms are required.

  • Talent Scholarships Scholarships

    Talent Scholarships include: Pep Band Grant, Cheerleading Scholarship, and the Barry University Athletic Award.

  • Leadership and Service Scholarships Scholarships

    Leadership and Service Scholarships include: Barry Stamps Scholars Program, Dominican Leadership Award, RaiseMe Micro-Scholarships, and more.

  • Other Barry Funded Scholarships and Grants Scholarships and Grants

    Other Barry Funded Scholarships and Grants include: Women of Tomorrow Scholarship, Catholic High School Grant, Alumni Legacy Grant, and more.

  • Barry University Access Grants Grants

    Available grants include the Barry Access Grant and the Barry Housing Grant.

  • Barry Scholarship System Scholarship System

    Students can browse and apply for other available institutional and endowed scholarships, as well as outside scholarships for which they may be eligible.

  • Tuition Discounts Discounts

    Tuition discounts include the Alumni Legacy Award and a 10% Tuition Discount offered to family members.
