The BS in Organizational Leadership prepares you to thrive as a leader in today’s fast-changing workplace. With a focus on the people side of leadership, you’ll sharpen your ability to foster innovation, build strong relationships, influence others, and guide organizations through cultural change. This degree opens doors to leadership roles in multiple fields such as business, education, nonprofit, and healthcare—as well as careers in human resources, leadership development, organizational management, and beyond.
Built with working adults in mind, our program is fully online and designed for flexibility. Major courses can be taken either through engaging live virtual sessions or in a weekly format without scheduled class meetings, so you can choose the approach that fits your life best. Supporting courses are offered in the weekly format, making the entire degree 100% online and accessible wherever you are.
We also recognize the value of real-world experience. Through our Experiential Learning Portfolio (ELP) program, qualified students may turn prior learning, professional accomplishments, or military service into up to 30 college credits—helping you save time, save money, and move more quickly toward graduation.

Our rolling admissions process allows you to start the program at any time, and take as many as four courses per semester (two courses per 7-week term). You are not tied to a rigid cohort model and can elect to take only the courses you need.

Our fully online program is designed for busy adults. In your major courses, you can choose between live virtual classes held in the evenings or a flexible format where you complete weekly work on your own time. This program can help you develop the skills employers seek including conflict management, problem-solving, critical thinking, judgement, team-building, among others. Plus, you may choose a Human Resources specialization or complete a minor in Health Services with a seamless transition to the Master’s in Health Services Administration.
