"At Barry University, Political Science has allowed me to interact with the people we learned about in class. I have had the opportunity to be in the same room as Donald Trump, Marco Rubio, Ron DeSantis, Bob Menendez, and Debbie Wasserman Schultz just to name a few people. My professors have also given me the opportunity to present research projects across the country. Overall, my classes have allowed me to apply the information given to us in my meetings, television appearances and on the radio."

"A month after I got accepted to Barry I immediately got an email from Dr. Foreman to plan out my fall schedule. From the moment I started here, I have had the indispensable support and advice of our political science department. It's important to have a strong support base in the political world as it can feel sometimes you're the only one advocating for yourself. I would not be as heavily involved in student government, party politics leading a statewide organization, and the internship opportunities I've received without our department pushing me the way that they have".

"I majored in Pre-law at Barry University so a significant portion of my courses were in Political Science. The courses I took were primarily tailored for preparing for law school and they made the transition into law school much easier; especially Constitutional Law. On top of that, the final for the Senior Seminar course helped me to narrow down the field of law that I will be practicing in."
