*If the deadlines fall on a weekend or university holiday, materials are due the following Monday.
**Phi Eta Sigma does not accept applications during the Fall semester.
Important Notes:
Each applicant will receive an email from appropriate faculty moderator(s) to acknowledge a receipt of completed application materials. Both hard copy and email submission must be received by the deadline. During the Fall semester’s call for application, an email notification will be sent three days after the application deadline. During the Spring semester’s call for application, an email notification will be sent by Wednesday after Spring break.
Incomplete application materials will not be reviewed.
