Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management

Finish your business degree. Lead from anywhere.

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Management prepares you to lead people, projects, and organizations in a fast-changing economy — without putting your life on hold. You’ll build the core business skills employers value most: managing teams, resolving conflict, thinking strategically, and driving results across finance, operations, marketing, and human resources.

Built for working adults, the program is offered 100% online in flexible 7-week terms, so you can earn a respected business degree while balancing your job, family, and other commitments. With rolling admissions, you can start when you’re ready — not just in the fall.

And because Management is part of Barry’s Inez Andreas School of Business and Public Administration, your degree carries AACSB accreditation — the gold standard held by fewer than 5% of business schools worldwide. That’s a credential most online business programs simply can’t offer.

We also know your experience counts. Through our Experiential Learning Portfolio and generous transfer policies, your past coursework, professional accomplishments, and military service may translate into as much as 30 portfolio credits — and you can transfer up to 90 credits total, saving you time and money on the way to graduation.

Why Adult Learners choose Barry

I chose Barry University after hearing recommendations from colleagues, and it quickly became clear why. The flexible environment and small class sizes made it easy to build real connections with my professors. I returned to school to grow both personally and professionally and Barry has already helped me advance in my career! If you’re considering going back, don’t wait. Returning to school was a personal goal for me, and I chose Barry University because of its exceptional reputation. The great instructors and flexible programs made it possible to balance school with life as an adult learner. Earning my degree will open doors for career advancement, better pay, and more professional opportunities. Going back to school is it can be challenging, but it’s absolutely achievable!

-    Teresa N. | Bachelor of Science in Administration Online

Choosing Barry University felt natural because it’s such a trusted name in my community. So many friends and family attended, and that gave me confidence when my husband and I decided to go back and finish our degrees.
Studying at Barry has expanded my knowledge, strengthened my writing, and boosted my confidence. Returning to school was always part of our plan once our children graduated, and making that dream a reality has been incredibly rewarding.
While I’m not focused on climbing the corporate ladder, I’m excited about the new possibilities my degree opens. For anyone thinking about returning to school, keep going even on the hard days. With support, faith, and determination, it’s absolutely worth it. Barry made this journey one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

-    Felicia G. | Bachelor of Science in Administration (Online)

Barry University is a military-friendly school that made returning to college feel achievable for my wife and I. During the COVID lockdown, we decided to pursue our lifelong dream of earning our degrees. The professors build strong connections with online students, and the experience has boosted our confidence and even inspired us to consider a master’s.
Barry is a great place for adult learners to learn how to learn again and open doors that were previously closed or you didn’t know existed.
