Dr. Scully has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in management, leadership, economics and business administration in traditional, blended, online and study abroad formats. He also developed and presented a telecourse for WXEL. He has served as Chair of Academic Assessment (SACS) and Faculty Senate Course Exchange committees; as a Faculty Senator; and as a member of the Graduate Council, Distance Learning, Rank and Promotion, Strategic Planning, Institutional Effectiveness, Welfare and Institutional Review (IRB) committees.
As Academic Coordinator for fifteen years Dr. Scully was responsible for oversight of the evening and off-campus business degree programs prior to, and throughout, the AACSB accreditation process for Andreas School of Business. Subsequently, he was then involved in the development, supervision and coordination of the new undergraduate B.S and graduate M.A. Administration degree programs offered on campus and at the regional centers located throughout Florida. In addition, Dr. Scully worked extensively with the non-credit division to develop training programs and as an Evaluator for the State of Florida Sterling Quality Award program.
