Wellness Wednesday is a monthly program promoting all facets of wellness. The Barry University community is invited to attend the April session entitled, “Stress Reduction & Relaxation Workshop.”

About this month’s presentation:
Through the stress reduction workshop, the Barry community can learn concrete strategies for coping with stress, including focused breathing, guided visualization techniques, and progressive muscle relaxation. These techniques can easily be incorporated into your daily routine. No prior experience is necessary. Please arrive on time so that no one is disturbed during the guided meditation.
