Back on Top: Rowing No. 1 in Nation

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Barry University rowing crew is ranked No. 1 in this week's USRowing/College Rowing Coaches Association poll presented by Pocock Racing Shells.

The Buccaneers received all five first-place votes, reclaiming the top spot they owned the majority of the season. Barry jumped ahead of Nova Southeastern, totalling 195 points. The Sharks are second with 143. Western Washington remained third with 141.

Barry won the 8 at the Dad Vail in Philadelphia last weekend, while the Bucs 4 took an impressive second.

The Buccaneers will row in the NCAA Championships in Indianapolis May 31-June 2.
